We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure using Cloudflare D1 (database) and R2 (file storage). All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Authentication uses secure, HttpOnly cookies with JWT tokens.
We implement role-based access controls so parents can only see their own player data, while coaches and team managers can manage the full roster.
Club Team Manager is a team management platform designed for youth soccer clubs. Because many of the players on our teams are under 13, our practices comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Coaches, team managers, and parents may enter the following about a player:
Children never interact with our service directly. All child data is entered by a parent, guardian, coach, or team manager acting on the child's behalf.
Before a parent joins a team and adds their child, they must affirm on the join-up screen that they are the child's parent or legal guardian and that they consent to our storing the child's information for team management. We record the consent with a timestamp.

We do not sell, rent, or share children's data with any third party except the service providers that run our infrastructure (Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for transactional email), and only to the minimum extent needed to provide the service.
As a parent or legal guardian, you have the right at any time to:
We do not use children's data to target advertising, profile behavior, or train machine-learning models.
Player records are retained while the child is an active member of a team. If a team is archived or the child leaves, the record is marked inactive. Inactive player records are fully purged after two years unless you request earlier deletion.
While signed in, parents can download a complete copy of everything stored about their children or permanently delete it at Account Settings. The Delete my account flow includes a checkbox to also remove the linked player record. For requests you can't self-serve, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
